Decision Tools – From Options to Direction
The Navigator Program begins with Decision Tools that support the first two stages of the journey: Decision and Foundation. These tools help students and parents move from scattered options to career-led direction by answering three practical questions: what pathways are available, why a pathway makes sense for the student, and how the student can prepare for it with clarity and confidence.
Career Guides
Our country-specific Career Guides are structured pathway guides that bring together scattered information available online into one clear, practical resource. They help students and parents understand course options, career pathways, industry opportunities, financial commitment, post-study work rights, PR pathways, employability context, and long-term destination awareness.
Readiness Quizzes
Short diagnostic quizzes that help students reflect on how prepared they are for international study, life, and work expectations. They highlight readiness levels, preparation gaps, and areas where early capability-building may be needed.
Journey Prompts
Guided questions that help students and parents understand how the journey unfolds across Decision, Foundation, Arrival, Assimilation, and Integration. They raise important questions that families may not think to ask at the right time.
Strengths Sense
An introduction to strengths-based thinking that helps students reflect on how they naturally think, learn, communicate, solve problems, and make decisions. It prepares them to use CliftonStrengths more meaningfully during Profile Activation, so career and pathway choices are not based only on marks, rankings, or available options.
Profile Activation
When fully deployed, decision tools form the foundation for Profile Activation, which combines the CliftonSense Report, detailed readiness reports, and the Navigator enrolment certificate into a structured student portfolio.
This portfolio provides students with a clear, evidence-based package they can use independently to strengthen their admissions, scholarship conversations, and visa documentation.
Students are free to use this portfolio with their chosen education agent, visa advisor, or pathway partner, with no obligation to proceed with EmpEnhanz for application or visa services.

From Direction to Capability
Once the admission & visa application formalities are complete, the action phase is when Navigator turns planning into structured, self-paced capability-building. This stage prepares students for the next three phases of their journey: Arrival, Assimilation, and Integration into Employment.
Each student receives a personal profile section in which their preparation journey is clearly mapped out and tracked. Through this profile, they complete three connected micro-credential tracks: Study Ready, Life Ready, and Job Ready, while building a visible record of readiness, progress, and capability over time.
The focus is on developing academic confidence, cultural and practical adaptability, awareness of workplace expectations, and essential early employability skills that support the transition from learning to real-world readiness.
Each track features essential topics, focused lessons, and practical quizzes that reinforce learning step by step. The structure helps students build capability gradually, so preparation becomes an ongoing part of the journey rather than a one-time activity.
Study Ready covers referencing and citation, academic integrity, study techniques such as 5R and SQ3R, paraphrasing, and the ethical and effective use of artificial intelligence.
Life Ready covers geopolitical and socio-economic awareness, legislative frameworks, financial literacy, and essential soft skills such as adaptability, resilience, and time management.
Job Ready develops core professional skills, health and safety awareness, workplace safety, digital capability, and occupational competencies required to secure relevant, meaningful, and respectful part-time work opportunities.
Together, these tracks help students move through early arrival, assimilation, and preparation for meaningful part-time work with greater readiness and direction. Students may receive guidance on local job-search channels and employer expectations, but job placement is not guaranteed.
The Learning Platform is designed to work like an online campus. Students can join groups, participate in forums, connect with the Navigator community, and stay supported throughout their journey.

The Navigator Program is developed by EmpEnhanz, a New Zealand-based education and employability support company working with Indian students and families. Built through an international employability lens, it is shaped by real employer expectations, established career development practice, and 25 years of international experience.

Tools like CliftonStrengths® are used not as assessments alone, but as a way to translate individual potential into clear, actionable career pathways.

Through ongoing engagement with employers and insights from bodies such as the Employers and Manufacturers Association and the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand, the program reflects what businesses in New Zealand actually look for. Workplace Integration and Employability Outcomes
The focus is not just on getting a job, but on building the kind of capability that leads to sustained employment and progression. Feedback loops from employers and hiring managers are used to continuously refine what “A Team Member” really means in the New Zealand context.
Navigator develops the career-led pathway rationale and student preparation portfolio. Admissions and visa submission remain subject to institutional and regulatory requirements and are handled through the appropriate process or authorised professionals.

How does the Navigator journey begin once I sign up?
Once you sign up with us, your onboarding into the Navigator Program begins immediately:
- CliftonStrengths Assessment: You will first receive a coupon code to complete your CliftonStrengths assessment. This helps us understand your natural talents and build your personalized development path.
- LMS Profile Activation: After we receive your CliftonStrengths report, we will create your learner profile on our Learning Management System (LMS). This will give you access to our Study Ready modules with 15 lessons focused on essential tertiary study skills, academic integrity, and digital learning success.
- Pre-Visa Documentation Support: Your enrolment certificate and CliftonStrengths report will be compiled and included in your visa support file, helping demonstrate your genuine preparation and readiness to study.
- Life Ready & Job Ready Access: Once your visa is filed, you will be onboarded into our Life Ready and Job Ready segments. These provide structured support to help you understand your rights, responsibilities, and job market landscape — so you can begin preparing for life and work even before you arrive.
